Artwork Guidelines & Printing Tips

Vector files provide the best results: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG. High‑resolution JPG or PNG files are also acceptable. Avoid screenshots, web images, and small files scaled larger.

Please provide final dimensions (width × height). Files should be built at full size or proportional scale. This ensures proper layout and image clarity.

Extend background colors/images 0.125" beyond trim size. Keep important text/logos at least 0.25" from edges to avoid trimming issues.

Printed colours may vary from screen colours due to monitor settings, materials, and lighting. Our colour-managed workflow helps minimize variation; however, for critical colour applications, we recommend a printed proof for final approval.

Different applications require different materials. We can recommend the best option for windows, walls, floors, banners, decals, and rigid signage.

For best results, surfaces should be clean, smooth, and dry. Newly painted walls should cure for 2–3 weeks. Avoid heavily textured surfaces unless discussed in advance.

Large signage should use larger text. As a guideline: 1" letters = ~10 feet readability. We can help size text for maximum visibility.

Typical production begins after artwork approval. Turnaround varies by project size and material. Rush service may be available.
